The Top Ten Blogs of 2011: #5 -- The Great Blog Battle

5Number 5 takes us back to earlier this month (December 16), when we ran two blog articles on the same day, each taking a different perspective on the cloud.

In the first, Nik Rouda wrote about the Public Cloud, where he discussed the kind of projects and work taken on by IT staff when the cloud is public vs private, migration issues, performance issues, and what he sees as the strengths of Public Cloud vs Private Cloud.

In the second piece, Dormain Drewitz takes an opposite view, espousing the strengths and value of the Private Cloud, the challenge of migrating to a Public Cloud, and the strengths of Private Cloud over Public.

We're still interested in your opinions on this important issue, so feel free to add your comments beneath this post, or either of the two from December 16.
