The Top Ten Blogs of 2011: #3 -- We'll Hang With You
One of the best blogs of 2011 came from one of our guest bloggers back on September 19. Kary Rogers, a member of Riverbed's award-winning Support team, shared a really interesting and cool story about how he helped a customer work through a particularly thorny support issue. This is the sort of thing that Riverbed Support people do every day.
